FACILITIES
A shared services center – a center for shared services in an organization – is the entity responsible for the execution and the handling of specific operational tasks, such as accounting, human resources, payroll, IT, legal, compliance, purchasing, security.

Shared Services
The consolidation of business operations that are used by multiple parts of the same or like-minded organizations. Shared services are cost-efficient because they centralize back-office operations that are used by multiple operations resulting to the elimination of redundancy.

Office Facility
Means a building or portion of a building used whose primary function is a corporate or government building that house office for employers and/or employees and may include training rooms, conference rooms, and employee or building systems support spaces.

File Storage Facility
Repository for a system of keeping data in an organized hierarchy of files and folder that can be shared across a network so that multiple people can work on the same collection of files. While Archiving is the practice of identifying historical files and records that are not active anymore for the purpose of moving and preserving the same in a separate collection of data.

Information Technology (IT) Systems
Refer to the hardware, software, data communication lines, network and telecommunications equipment, internet-related information technology infrastructure, wide area network and other information technology equipment owned, licensed to, or controlled by the Company or of its Subsidiaries.
